About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop the EHS policy in collaboration with senior management.
  • Roll out the EHS strategy across all three sites and ensure its implementation.
  • Define objectives and action plans, then monitor their progress.
  • Foster a prevention culture among managers and employees.
  • Monitor regulatory developments in occupational health, safety, and the environment.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and instructions issued by the relevant authorities.
  • Oversee regulatory inspections and monitoring, particularly relating to noise, chemicals, vibrations, discharges, groundwater, and atmospheric emissions.
  • Ensure compliance with Group procedures and standards.
  • Lead and continuously improve the EHS management system.
  • Conduct internal audits and support external audits.
  • Incorporate the findings into the DUERP (Single Occupational Risk Assessment Document).
  • Lead continuous improvement plans.
  • Define and monitor EHS and energy performance indicators.
  • Analyze results and propose corrective and preventive actions.
  • Report to senior management and the Group.
  • Advise managers on occupational health, safety, and environmental matters.
  • Define and lead awareness-raising and training initiatives.
  • Provide the methodological tools required to implement prevention measures.
  • Participate in CSSCT activities (Health, Safety and Working Conditions Commission).
  • Define appropriate measures for high-risk situations.
  • Lead the organization and drills for the Internal Operations Plan (POI).
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of crisis management arrangements.
  • Manage the EHS team.
  • Establish and coordinate an EHS network across the three sites.
  • Engage management teams around EHS priorities.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Occupational Health, Safety and Environment, or an equivalent qualification.
  • Significant experience in a similar role within a multi-site industrial environment.
  • Experience managing an HSE team.
  • Experience leading cross-functional projects.
  • Excellent knowledge of HSE and environmental regulations.
  • Strong knowledge of EHS management systems.
  • Good knowledge of regulated industrial environments.
  • Experience in team management and cross-functional coordination.
  • Fluent English, enabling communication with international stakeholders.
  • Natural leadership skills and the ability to unite teams.
  • Strong teaching and communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset and ability to propose solutions.
  • Rigor, autonomy, and a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Ability to support change and develop a sustainable safety culture.
