About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide technical support for issues related to Private Cloud environments, minimizing and quickly resolving disruptions
- Monitor the performance of Private Cloud services in real time, identifying and resolving availability and performance issues
- Collaborate with IT and engineering teams to implement improvements to Private Cloud services
- Participate in defining and implementing support policies and procedures for Private Cloud environments, aligned with best practices and applicable regulations
- Provide guidance and technical support to internal teams on the effective use of Private Cloud services
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for Private Cloud environments
- Conduct performance and security testing to assess the resilience of private cloud services
- Track Private Cloud trends and technologies and apply them to improve Claranet’s operations
- Participate in incident response related to Private Cloud services, collaborating with security and IT teams
- Ensure that Private Cloud support activities comply with regulations and Claranet’s internal policies
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field
- Certifications in areas such as Cloud Computing are desirable, including VMware Certified Professional (VCP) and AWS Certified SysOps Administrator
- Experience with advanced technical cloud support training, cloud administration, and private cloud security
- Intermediate English proficiency
