About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop customized technical solutions for clients, aligned with Claranet’s capabilities and offerings
- Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to identify client needs and develop technical proposals
- Design system architectures that integrate different technologies and solutions, ensuring the technical feasibility of projects
- Participate in meetings with clients and stakeholders to understand technical requirements and propose appropriate solutions
- Prepare detailed technical proposals, including cost estimates, timelines, and technical specifications
- Ensure that proposed solutions align with best practices for security, performance, and scalability
- Stay up to date with new technologies and market trends, applying this knowledge to the development of innovative solutions
- Provide technical support throughout the sales process, assisting with contract negotiations and clarifying technical questions
- Claranet operates across Cloud, Cybersecurity, Data & AI, Modern Workplace, and Application Modernization
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related field
- A postgraduate degree/MBA in Enterprise Architecture, Cloud Computing, Technology Management, or a related field is a plus
- Knowledge of or experience with other public cloud platforms, such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP), including architecture, governance, security, and workload migration concepts
- Experience designing and implementing solutions on AWS
- Knowledge of AWS services, including EC2, VPC, S3, RDS, EKS/ECS, IAM, Route 53, CloudWatch, and Backup
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform and/or CloudFormation)
- Knowledge of resilient architecture, security, high availability, and disaster recovery
- Experience migrating and modernizing workloads for the cloud
- Knowledge of FinOps and AWS cost optimization
- Experience with containers and Kubernetes
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and automation
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate and AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional certifications are desirable
