About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own Clarify Health’s point of view and the words that carry it to market
  • Produce thought leadership, brand narrative, campaign content, and sales enablement material
  • Direct freelance creative resources
  • Develop and sustain Clarify’s market perspective through executive-bylined articles, market commentary, and research-backed points of view
  • Maintain a publishing calendar and its cadence
  • Produce landing page copy, email sequences, nurture track copy, ad copy, and blog content for campaigns
  • Build and maintain battlecards, case studies, one-pagers, white papers, and pitch narrative
  • Support regional vice presidents directly on prospecting materials
  • Maintain brand story and messaging consistency across external assets
  • Own the social calendar, publishing, and executive social presence
  • Own website copy and partner on structure, conversion paths, and SEO briefs
  • Provide creative direction for freelance design, including briefs, quality control, and delivery management
  • Supply content for media placement and support award and recognition submissions
  • Establish and shape marketing content operations and digital channels
  • Report to the Head of Marketing and work alongside the Director, Growth Marketing

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Four to six years in B2B content marketing, brand, or communications
  • A portfolio of published work carrying an executive or organizational voice
  • Three work samples and a short written note describing specific contributions to each
  • Direct experience marketing in healthcare, health technology, or another regulated industry
  • Demonstrated understanding of the buyer and compliance constraints
  • Preferred: Long-form healthcare content experience, including white papers, research-backed reports, or original analysis
  • Preferred: Experience ghostwriting for an executive and sustaining a consistent voice over time
  • Preferred: Sales enablement experience, particularly in a company where the field owns prospecting
  • Preferred: Experience briefing and directing designers
  • Preferred: Working knowledge of a marketing automation platform as a content contributor rather than an administrator
