About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the planning, setup, monitoring, and closeout phases of cardiac safety studies and programs
  • Gather customer requirements and translate study needs into actionable plans for cross-functional teams
  • Develop, maintain, and manage study documentation throughout the project lifecycle
  • Coordinate equipment distribution, tracking, reconciliation, and inventory management activities
  • Create, review, and distribute study reports, project metrics, status updates, and customer communications
  • Ensure study data, documentation, and project records are archived in accordance with company and regulatory requirements
  • Establish, communicate, and successfully manage customer expectations throughout project execution
  • Monitor study timelines, deliverables, milestones, and resource utilization to ensure successful outcomes
  • Manage project financial activities, including budget reviews, revenue forecasting, scope management, and invoice reconciliation
  • Identify project risks, develop mitigation plans, and escalate issues appropriately to ensure study success
  • Lead internal and external discussions to support effective communication, teamwork, and efficient use of resources
  • Apply structured problem-solving methodologies to address operational challenges, customer concerns, and project escalations
  • Maintain issue tracking documentation and ensure timely follow-up and resolution of project-related matters
  • Participate in investigator meetings, site initiation meetings, and customer governance discussions as required
  • Present Cardiac Solutions services, workflows, and operational capabilities to customers and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with Business Development and operational teams to support customer engagement and business growth initiatives
  • Assist with onboarding, mentoring, and training new Project Management team members
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and special projects that enhance quality, customer satisfaction, and operational performance

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree and demonstrated project management experience within clinical research, life sciences, healthcare technology, or a related industry
  • Clario Project Management Certification required as applicable to the line of business
  • 1 to 4 years of experience in project management within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, clinical research, healthcare, medical device, or related industries
  • Understanding of the drug development process and clinical trial lifecycle
  • Experience managing customer-facing projects, operational deliverables, timelines, and budgets
  • Strong organizational, planning, prioritization, and time-management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively in English
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across global teams
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Teams
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Demonstrated responsiveness, accountability, and commitment to customer satisfaction
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Valid passport and willingness to travel internationally up to approximately 20% as business needs require
