About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Act as a leader and design, architect, and deploy SAP solutions within SAP FICO
Facilitate business process reviews to gather business outcomes and functional requirements
Document end-to-end processes and business requirements
Design and develop SAP FICO functions and configure solutions to meet client requirements
Manage integration points with other SAP modules
Identify opportunities to improve clients’ competitive advantage using industry experience and leading practices
Advise clients on industry trends and issues
Lead and guide consultants and client personnel implementing SAP FICO
Lead analysis and design sessions to create solution requirements
Manage and oversee customized report design and development
Provide technical support and conduct client training
Assist with scoping prospective engagements and developing proposals

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least eight (8) years of experience and deep expertise in SAP FICO with at least three (3) full-life cycle projects
Expertise in SAP solution design and development
Excellent knowledge of Finance business processes
Team-lead experience
Flexibility and adaptability, including work from design through hands-on configuration and new roles
Thorough client services orientation and active participation in engagements and project plans/tasks
Excellent analytical skills
Ability to present and write at publication-quality level
A 4-year degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or an equivalent discipline
Willingness to travel an estimated 30–50%
