About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and guide consultants and client personnel implementing SAP PP (Production Planning)
- Lead analysis and design sessions to create requirements for client solutions
- Design, develop, and configure SAP PP functions, including integration points with other modules
- Manage and oversee the design and development of customized reports
- Provide general technical support for clients
- Conduct training as required
- Assist with scoping prospective engagements and developing proposals
- Deliver business solutions to clients in the life sciences, consumer products, and retail industries
- Work from a home office when not at a client site or traveling
Requirements
What you’ll need- Expertise in SAP PP with at least 3 full-life cycle implementation projects
- Team Lead experience
- Flexibility and adaptability across design and hands-on configuration roles
- Thorough client services orientation and active participation in engagements and project plans/tasks
- Excellent analytical skills
- Ability to present and write at publication quality level
- 4-year degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or an equivalent discipline
- Travel estimated at 30–50%, varying by client and project needs
- Authenticity, good judgment, and genuine engagement throughout the process
- Real-time AI use to generate or script answers during interviews is prohibited and leads to disqualification
