About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Deliver creative business solutions to market-leading clients in the life sciences, consumer products, and retail industries
- Lead and guide consultants and client personnel implementing SAP PP (Production Planning)
- Lead analysis and design sessions to create requirements for client solutions
- Design, develop, and configure SAP PP functions, including integration points with other modules
- Manage and oversee the design and development of customized reports
- Provide general technical support for clients and conduct training as required
- Assist with scoping prospective engagements and developing proposals
- Work from a home office when not at a client site or traveling
- Receive mentorship and pursue internal and external professional development opportunities
Requirements
What you’ll need- Expertise in SAP PP with at least 3 full-life cycle implementation projects
- Team Lead experience
- Flexibility and adaptability; ability to work across design and hands-on configuration and stretch into new roles
- Thorough client services orientation and active participation in engagements and project plans/tasks
- Excellent analytical skills
- Ability to present and write at publication quality level to communicate findings and recommendations
- 4-year degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or an equivalent discipline
- Travel estimated at 30-50%
- Real-time AI use to generate or script answers during interviews is prohibited and will lead to disqualification
