About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Follow up promptly with inbound and outbound prospects via phone, email, and LinkedIn
  • Develop a deep understanding of the GTM industry and key personas, including RevOps, Marketing, and Sales
  • Identify problems and use cases that Clay can solve
  • Qualify leads and book meetings for GTM Engineers
  • Ensure GTM Engineers have the correct information to win deals
  • Provide structured feedback on signals, workflows, and plays
  • Help improve Clay based on real-life testing
  • Influence the product roadmap while learning to leverage AI and automation

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 1–2 years of Sales, SDR, or BDR experience in a SaaS or tech environment preferred
  • Exceptional entry-level candidates are also considered
  • Must be in San Francisco
  • Excited about an in-person office environment
  • Resilient and energized by building relationships
  • Genuine excitement to learn
  • Interest in modern sales tools
  • Ability to contribute to GTM strategy and product roadmap
  • Ability to balance high-volume outreach with thoughtful experimentation and feedback
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Willing to work onsite 5 days a week
