About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Contribute to project-based strategic initiatives influencing Clayton’s growth and operational efficiency
- Participate in intern events, networking sessions, lunch and learns, and leadership panels

Requirements
What you’ll need- Junior or Senior standing with a cumulative GPA of 3.00 or higher
- Currently enrolled in an accredited university
- Interested in pursuing a career in Accounting, Data Analytics, Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field
- Ability to multitask and work collaboratively in a team environment
- Demonstrated ability to meet commitments, build consensus, and garner respect from other team members
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with all levels of the organization
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
