About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage joiner, mover and leaver processes for timely access provisioning and deprovisioning
- Own and deliver periodic access reviews and certification campaigns across key systems
- Administer identity platforms, including role-based access control and group management
- Support and maintain privileged access management processes and controls
- Act as a point of contact for IAM queries and advise stakeholders
- Investigate and resolve access-related incidents and issues
- Document IAM activities and maintain audit readiness for internal and external audits
- Work with application owners to define and maintain access models
- Identify and deliver opportunities to improve and automate IAM processes and workflows
- Contribute to IAM projects, tooling enhancements and onboarding new applications
- Report to the Head of IAM within Information Security – Identity & Access Management
Requirements
What you’ll need- Solid understanding of Identity & Access Management principles, including RBAC, least privilege and segregation of duties
- Experience managing user access and identity lifecycle processes in an enterprise environment
- Experience administering identity platforms such as Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD or equivalent
- Strong understanding of access reviews, governance and compliance requirements
- Ability to analyze access requirements and implement appropriate controls
- Experience working with ticketing systems and structured operational processes
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Problem-solving ability to investigate and resolve issues
- Experience with software development, programming or Infrastructure as Code technologies; Terraform preferred
- Scripting or automation experience, such as PowerShell, Logic Apps or Power Automate
- Right to work in the UK; ClearBank is unable to offer visa sponsorship
