About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Maintain and grow customer accounts while supporting program participation and savings goals
  • Act as a local, on-site representative for customers and contractors
  • Support retail, residential HVAC, and other energy efficiency programs
  • Travel throughout Northern Nevada to visit customers, contractors, and retail locations
  • Verify installations, inventory, and program compliance during site visits
  • Guide customers and contractors on program requirements and processes
  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in program systems
  • Troubleshoot issues and recommend solutions based on program and customer needs
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support program success and identify growth opportunities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience in account management, sales, or customer-facing roles
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer tools
  • Ability to track, document, and manage customer interactions and data
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in the field
  • Adaptable and comfortable managing multiple programs and priorities
  • Accountable and organized, with strong follow-through
  • Problem-solving with a customer-focused mindset
  • Regular travel throughout Northern Nevada, approximately 3 days per week
  • If applicable, meet all DOT qualification requirements and comply with applicable federal, state, and local transportation regulations
  • Must be authorized to work in the country where the position is located without employer sponsorship or support
  • Successful hires must pass pre-employment checks
