Key responsibilities & impact

Partner with program management, marketing, and IT stakeholders to meet data and reporting needs
Serve as the primary point of contact for data and reporting issues
Monitor Assessment and Marketplace transactions and trends
Analyze user behavior to identify improvements in recommendation content or logic
Create Power BI reports and dashboards for management
Contribute to monthly and quarterly reporting deliverables
Conduct ad hoc and seasonal analysis for program and marketing teams
Support data pulls and automation of Assessment re-engagement campaigns
Maintain documentation for recommendation tile logic
Manage platform content and logic updates
Maintain data quality and integrity across marketplace and program systems
Forecast product sales and discount code usage
Design and lead UAT procedures for system changes
Provide knowledge transfer and training on reporting functionality and data logic
Translate business questions into analysis and reporting using data from multiple systems
Present findings to management and coordinate with initiative managers

Requirements

What you’ll need

Ability to use data analytics to improve program and marketplace performance
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with understanding of sales, pricing, and program data
Experience with Power BI or similar reporting/analytical applications
Experience designing business intelligence solutions for program, marketplace, or sales data
Experience with Magento or similar CMS/e-commerce platforms preferred
Experience with UAT design and execution for system/platform changes preferred
Deep experience with data quality assessment and implementing data quality improvements
Ability to work across different platforms and applications, participate in multiple projects, and solve technical and business problems
Knowledge of residential building science principles preferred
Bachelor's degree or 3-5 years of relevant work experience
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Must be authorized to work in the country where the position is located without employer sponsorship or support
Successful hires must pass pre-employment checks
