About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage 40–50 contracts concurrently at different stages
  • Coordinate with Legal, Finance, Business Development, program teams, and external clients to obtain reviews, approvals, and sign-off within SLA timelines
  • Explain contract changes clearly and diplomatically to stakeholders
  • Support drafting, review, and processing of contracts, SOWs, amendments, and extensions
  • Reconcile contract and revenue data across Salesforce, CMS, and program/finance systems
  • Maintain accurate contract records and documentation
  • Adapt to evolving tools and processes, including the transition from Salesforce, CMS, and Asana to Growth Hub
  • Provide status updates to internal stakeholders
  • Support BD/Sales Operations as needed
  • Help move contracts through the pipeline accurately and on time for new business, business continuation, and subcontractor agreements

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 1–3 years of experience in project management, contract coordination, customer service, or a related field
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to independently manage competing priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfort working with cross-functional teams and adapting to shifting processes
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or similar systems
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat)
  • Familiarity with energy efficiency programs preferred
  • Post-secondary education preferred
  • Must be authorized to work in the country where the position is located without employer sponsorship or support
  • Successful hires must pass pre-employment checks
  • If applicable, meet all DOT qualification requirements and comply with applicable transportation regulations
