About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Cultivate relationships with managers at various organizational levels to find and deliver exceptional candidates
Execute and reconstruct the recruitment process to make it best in class
Advise managers and business leaders on market trends, tactical methodologies, and competitive analysis
Develop customized approaches for complex hiring needs at scale
Find strong candidates to help move the business forward
Guide candidates through the hiring experience
Represent the CLEAResult brand in candidate, vendor, and organizational interactions
Vet candidates for open vacancies
Partner with various vendors and collaborate with other organizations
Support members of the Recruiting team
Collaborate cross-functionally with the People Team

Requirements

What you’ll need

Over 5 years of progressive recruitment experience
Track record of navigating obstacles in sourcing and recruiting
Ability to quickly get up to speed with Workday and other business platforms
Experience with Paradox is a major differentiator
Affinity for data and its application in business success
Knowledge of the labor market and current trends
Desire to continue learning and growing professionally
Comfortable supporting all time zones in North America
Authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship or support
Successful hires must pass pre-employment checks
If applicable, meet all DOT qualification requirements and comply with applicable federal, state, and local transportation regulations
