About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Coordinate and track commercial energy efficiency projects from initiation through completion
  • Support Technicians, Energy Auditors, Account Managers, Project Managers, and Operations staff with project logistics and administrative activities
  • Review, verify, and maintain project documentation, files, correspondence, and program records
  • Process project transactions and payments according to program requirements and procedures
  • Enter, maintain, validate, and audit data across CRM platforms, utility portals, and internal tracking tools
  • Perform quality assurance and quality control reviews to identify and resolve errors
  • Process project information and applications through Salesforce, utility portals, and other program management systems
  • Coordinate material ordering requests, including energy-saving measures and program-related equipment
  • Track material inventory requests and coordinate deliveries
  • Export and distribute predesigned reports for project management, forecasting, and operational decision-making
  • Compile and monitor pipeline data for project status, workload forecasts, and program performance metrics
  • Coordinate meetings and cross-functional project activities
  • Attend staff meetings and provide ongoing program and operational support
  • Complete special projects and process improvement initiatives as assigned
  • Support Commercial Energy Efficiency Programs through internal project coordination, operational support, data management, and process execution

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2-4 years of project coordination, administrative support, operations support, or related experience
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • Experience with data entry, data validation, reporting, and quality assurance processes
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, Word, and Teams
  • Experience with CRM systems, Salesforce, project tracking applications, or comparable database platforms preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently while supporting a diverse group of stakeholders
  • Experience supporting commercial energy efficiency, utility, construction, engineering, facilities, or related programs preferred
  • If applicable, meet all DOT qualification requirements and comply with applicable federal, state, and local transportation regulations
  • Must be authorized to work in the country where the position is located without employer sponsorship or support
  • Successful hires must pass pre-employment checks
