Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the Data & Analytics function, including teams of Business Analysts, Software Engineers, Data Professionals, and Project Managers
Define and execute the strategic roadmap for enterprise data, analytics, ERP, and business application platforms
Ensure technology and data solutions support key business processes across Finance, Operations, Human Resources, and other functions
Serve as executive lead for complex business transformations, system modernization efforts, and acquisition integrations
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, scalability, decision-making, and business performance through data-driven insights and system enhancements
Develop business cases for technology and analytics investments, communicating costs, benefits, and organizational impact
Manage relationships with software vendors and consulting partners
Establish metrics, dashboards, and reporting frameworks to monitor application performance, data quality, and business outcomes
Oversee department budgets, software licensing, consulting expenditures, and resource planning
Drive innovation in analytics, automation, artificial intelligence, and technology-enabled solutions
Build cross-functional relationships through communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management
Lead application testing, governance, and quality assurance efforts
Mentor, coach, and develop team members while fostering accountability, continuous improvement, and business alignment
Own the end-to-end enterprise data, analytics, and business systems ecosystem, including a three-year roadmap, system integrations, vendor management, and business process optimization
Report to the Head of AI & Data

Requirements

What you’ll need

12+ years of technology leadership experience
5+ years of people management experience
8+ years of ERP systems experience
Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field required
MBA preferred
If applicable, meet all DOT qualification requirements
Comply with all applicable federal, state, and local transportation regulations
