About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Plan, execute, and close projects
- Serve as the single point of accountability for project execution
- Develop and execute the function’s strategy
- Establish individual and team priorities, performance goals, and objectives
- Provide training, development opportunities, stretch assignments, and feedback

Requirements
What you’ll need- 10+ years applicable IT experience
- 5+ years people management experience
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or another technical discipline, or 10+ years of demonstrable project management experience
- Familiarity with Scrum and Kanban methodologies
- If applicable, meet all DOT qualification requirements
- Comply with applicable federal, state, and local transportation regulations
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship or support
- Successful hires must pass pre-employment checks
