Key responsibilities & impact

Lead a small pod to build an MVP of the Skills Marketplace platform
Work with stakeholders on usage and adoption
Use Claude or similar AI tools to produce a first-pass solution design
Lead the pod day-to-day
Act as the main point of liaison with stakeholders and clients
Work comfortably in a multidisciplinary environment
Build an internal two-tier Skills Marketplace web application as part of an ongoing client project

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven experience leading technical teams
Experience designing and building full-stack applications using React, Spring, and Kotlin
Understanding of AI engineering and tooling
Comfortable and confident speaking directly with users
Willingness to work with a startup mindset
Claude certification, Codex, or Google Gemini experience is desirable
Ability to work from the London (Hatton Garden) office two days a week
