About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and guide the iOS team as the tech lead
- Engage directly with the customer
- Drive native iOS development on a complex publishing project
- Work with other teams contributing to the same codebase
- Use AI-assisted development tools and encourage the team to use them
- Take a proactive approach to delivery and supporting the team
Requirements
What you’ll need- 10–14 years of experience, at senior or lead level
- Strong hands-on experience in native iOS development
- Proven experience as a tech lead, leading and guiding a team
- Experience working with customers
- Experience working on a shared codebase with multiple teams
- Hands-on use of AI and agents
- Proactive and able to take ownership
- Experience in the publishing domain (desirable)
- Working knowledge of LangChain or similar LLM frameworks, such as RAG and agents (desirable)
- Experience building AI-powered features in iOS apps, including integrating LLM services via REST, Core ML, or Apple Intelligence (desirable)
