About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own and evolve a shared Azure platform used by several AI and agentic delivery teams
Design, build, and own shared Azure platform services
Lead infrastructure-as-code with Terraform, including reusable modules, standards, and repeatable environments
Build CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions and/or Azure DevOps
Create golden paths for delivery teams
Define identity, networking, security, and governance baselines
Set up observability using logs, metrics, traces, and operational tooling
Work with Tech Leads on platform needs, trade-offs, and roadmap direction
Mentor engineers and review designs and code
Set platform direction and make key design decisions

Requirements

What you’ll need

8+ years of experience in platform, cloud, or infrastructure engineering, with recent senior-level ownership
Strong hands-on Azure experience, including Entra ID/identity, VNets/networking, policy, and governance
Terraform mandatory at production scale, including writing reusable modules
CI/CD experience with GitHub Actions and/or Azure DevOps
Kubernetes (AKS) and/or Azure container services
Observability tools such as Azure Monitor, App Insights, or OpenTelemetry
Experience supporting several delivery teams in parallel and making and defending platform decisions
Desirable: Bicep, platform engineering for AI/ML/LLM workloads on Azure, internal developer platforms or golden paths, and consulting or client-embedded delivery background
