About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Guide clients from onboarding through high-performing sales campaigns that generate leads, engagement, and revenue
- Lead client workshops and training sessions
- Define ideal customer profiles
- Source quality data and refine outreach strategies
- Build and launch sales campaigns, including copywriting, automation, and sequences
- Track campaign metrics such as open rates, reply rates, and call bookings
- Improve campaigns based on data
- Conduct A/B testing for messaging, timing, and segmentation
- Collaborate with Sales and BDR teams to enhance client experience and results
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 2+ years in Customer Success, Project Management, B2B Sales, or an Agency role
- Experience in a fast-moving SaaS, startup, or B2B environment is a plus
- German proficiency required: native speaker or strong professional proficiency with a C1+ level
- English proficiency: ability to speak and write fluently and idiomatically
- Ability to effectively engage and communicate with various stakeholders is a plus
- Able to work independently, take initiative, and drive results with minimal supervision
- Focused on finding practical and effective solutions to challenges
- Proficient in Excel, particularly with large data sets
- Experience with automation tools is a plus
- Data savvy, able to gather, enrich, and analyze data to extract valuable insights
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
