About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage two engineering squads
- Support and coach individual contributors
- Provide regular feedback and help team members grow
- Deliver features that impact company KPIs
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the company
- Work with product-focused, data-driven engineering teams
- Oversee teams building infrastructure, interfaces, and applications for boat owners, renters, and internal teams
- Work in a hybrid arrangement based in Barcelona, with 3 days per month spent in Paris
Requirements
What you’ll need- Fluent in English
- French is a plus
- At least 5 years of experience managing a technical team
- Solid experience delivering high-quality features
- Experience supporting and coaching individual contributors
- Ability to provide regular feedback to help team members grow in line with company-wide objectives
- Comfortable working with various stakeholders across the company
- Clear and effective communication with teammates
- Interest or background in boating is advantageous
