About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and maintain integrations with partners via APIs
Lead the technical certification and onboarding of new partners, from initiation through production launch
Provide technical support to partners in production by investigating incidents, analyzing logs, and fixing issues
Participate in migrating partners to the new platform and decommissioning the legacy solution
Propose improvements that increase the scalability, stability, and predictability of integrations
Write and maintain technical integration documentation
Collaborate with Product, engineering squads, the support team (N1), and external partners
Support squad demands, especially during peak season

Requirements

What you’ll need

Professional experience as a mid-level back-end developer
Experience with systems integration and REST APIs; experience with SOAP, XML, or JSON is a plus
Knowledge of relational databases and SQL
Experience supporting and troubleshooting systems in production
Proficiency with Git version control and software development best practices
Strong communication skills to interact directly with external partners
Strong organizational skills to balance support activities and projects simultaneously
Active use of AI tools in software development
A plus: experience migrating or modernizing legacy systems
A plus: experience in travel, mobility, marketplaces, or GDS
A plus: knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS or GCP), messaging, and observability (logs and monitoring)
A plus: experience with White Label or B2B products
