About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage video projects from assignment through completion
- Track deadlines, revisions, and deliverables
- Perform QA on completed videos, including pacing, captions, audio, transitions, branding, and formatting
- Provide clear, actionable revision feedback to video editors
- Conduct introductory calls with prospective clients
- Maintain organized project workflows and communication across the team
Requirements
What you’ll need- Excellent written and spoken English
- Exceptional attention to detail and organization
- Strong project management and time-management skills
- Experience in sales and/or account management
- Confident and professional on prospective client calls
- Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced remote environment
- Preferred: Creative operations, video editing/QA, video production, agency, or performance marketing experience.
