About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Produce high-retention content for Reels, YouTube Shorts, ads, and other digital platforms
- Work from raw footage and source material to create polished, ready-to-publish videos
- Create videos that are well-paced, visually engaging, and consistent with the brand style
- Manage multiple videos in production simultaneously
- Apply creative direction and visual judgment in a structured, fast-paced workflow
Requirements
What you’ll need- Expert proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro
- Strong skills in Adobe After Effects, including motion graphics and kinetic text
- Professional video editing experience and a strong portfolio
- Experience editing Reels and YouTube Shorts
- Proven ability to create high-retention content
- Strong creative direction and visual taste
- Excellent attention to detail
- Fast, reliable communication and turnaround
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Ability to work U.S. business hours
- Reliable internet connection and remote-work setup
- Experience with performance marketing creative (preferred)
