About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance recurring and ad hoc enterprise reporting
  • Translate business requirements into technical reporting specifications
  • Validate report accuracy through testing, reconciliation, and data quality reviews
  • Develop automated reporting solutions to reduce manual processes and improve efficiency
  • Assist with core conversion planning, testing, reconciliation, and post-conversion validation
  • Partner with the Systems Analyst on managing core changes
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications for workflow automation within the Jack Henry & Associates ecosystem
  • Collaborate with IT, Operations, Compliance, and other departments to ensure workflows meet regulatory and business requirements
  • Adopt commitments to environmental, social, economic, and racial justice
  • Stay informed of applicable regulatory requirements and complete mandatory compliance and IT training
  • Follow established bank policies, procedures, and regulations
  • Question suspicious activity and collaborate with relevant departments to help prevent fraud
  • Work independently, manage multiple projects, and deliver measurable results

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field, or 3+ years of experience in workflow automation, business process improvement, or systems analysis
  • 5+ years of banking experience
  • Advanced Cognos report-writing expertise or equivalent enterprise reporting experience
  • Knowledge of Jack Henry SilverLake or CIF 20/20
  • Experience validating and reconciling data during core conversions
  • Experience with Google Looker Studio, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), or modern analytics platforms
  • Preferred experience in SQL scripting and reporting
  • Power BI experience is a plus
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on report development
  • Strong understanding of banking operations, compliance standards, and customer service workflows
  • Familiarity with Excel, databases, and form-building tools
  • Must work Eastern Standard Hours
  • Remote role within the United States
  • Must be a non-smoker or affirm commitment to cessation within 90 days of offer acceptance
  • Must have valid U.S. work authorization; visa sponsorship is not offered
  • Must complete cognitive and personality assessments, background and credit checks, and reference checks as part of the hiring process
