About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise-wide workflows on the Jack Henry Silverlake Core System
  • Lead development and deployment of automated workflows across departments using JHA Enterprise Workflow or similar platforms
  • Collaborate with business units to map current processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement scalable automation solutions
  • Serve as subject matter expert on workflow best practices and governance
  • Develop documentation and training materials, including flow diagrams, SOPs, and risk assessments
  • Partner with the Banking Systems Administrator on managing core changes
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications for workflow automation within the Jack Henry & Associates ecosystem
  • Work with IT, Operations, Compliance, and other departments to ensure workflows meet regulatory and business requirements
  • Stay informed of applicable regulatory requirements and established bank policies, procedures, and regulations
  • Question suspicious activity and collaborate with relevant departments to help prevent fraud
  • Drive operational efficiency and data-driven decision-making

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field or 3+ years of experience in workflow automation, business process improvement, or systems analysis
  • Proven experience with workflow automation platforms
  • Experience with core banking systems preferred, preferably Jack Henry Silverlake
  • Working knowledge of APIs and system integrations
  • Ability to understand API functionality and data flows
  • Ability to troubleshoot integration issues with technical teams
  • Strong understanding of banking operations, compliance standards, and customer service workflows
  • Proficiency with Excel, databases, and form-building tools
  • Must complete mandatory compliance and IT training
  • Must affirm being a non-smoker or affirm commitment to cessation within 90 days of offer acceptance
  • Valid U.S. work authorization required; no visa sponsorship offered
  • Must complete cognitive and personality assessments, credit and background checks, and reference checks as part of the hiring process
