About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 1–2 years of experience in a customer-facing role
  • Demonstrated technical aptitude in AI tools or software platforms
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Genuine interest in AI, including practical examples such as prompt engineering
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment and learning new technologies quickly
  • Understanding of clinical documentation or healthcare workflows is a plus
  • Familiarity with healthcare regulations such as HIPAA
  • Experience working with CRM systems and technical support tools
  • Contributions to AI-related projects or communities
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Willingness to undergo a background check in accordance with local law/regulations
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid setting
  • Currently located in San Diego, CA or open to relocation
