Customer Onboarding Specialist
Clio - Cloud-Based Legal Technology. Conduct daily live strategy and training sessions using Zoom, CSAT, and Salesforce .
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct daily live strategy and training sessions using Zoom, CSAT, and Salesforce
- Identify customer “first value” and drive toward achieving it
- Own the customer ownership window and set customers up for post-ownership success
- Partner with Sales and Customer Enablement for smooth product adoption
- Manage multiple client cases, tasks, and deadlines
- Own customer account health and mitigate churn risk
- Contribute to the customer-facing Help Center knowledge base
- Partner with Customer Enablement and Tech Esc teams on design, development, extraction, and training processes
- Maintain expert knowledge of Clio products, workflows, and legal-industry best practices
- Perform other duties as required
Requirements
What you’ll need- Healthy customer obsession and focus on delivering exceptional client experience
- Proactive mindset and creative problem-solving
- Effortless communication skills, confident and sensitive to customer and internal partner needs
- Comfort and confidence facilitating ‘in person’ live sessions through Zoom
- Keen interest in improving your craft by using AI
- Experience with Salesforce or other SaaS tools
- Experience working with API-driven applications
- Proven track record in a dynamic startup environment
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
