About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing Revenue Operations team supporting high-velocity SMB sales
  • Partner with Senior Sales Leadership on OKRs and operationalize revenue strategies aligned with growth objectives
  • Build tools, frameworks, and processes supporting new market entry, expansion, and renewals at scale with an AI-forward approach
  • Drive cross-functional alignment between global and regional teams
  • Design and implement revenue workflow and process improvements to increase efficiency, scalability, and visibility
  • Own and optimize sales systems including Salesforce, Gong, Chili Piper, LeanData, Letter AI, Openprise, Salesloft, and Scratchpad
  • Ensure processes and revenue technology scale across regions, segments, channels, and future product growth
  • Develop global sales territories using historical data, pipeline analysis, and market trends
  • Establish targets, quotas, and capacity plans with sales leadership and compensation teams
  • Drive forecasting and pipeline management rigor
  • Own and enforce Rules of Engagement policy for account ownership, lead routing, and cross-team crediting
  • Adjudicate ROE disputes, document precedents, and update policy as new segments and channels are introduced
  • Design and deliver recurring Sales Leadership reporting, including weekly forecasts, monthly business reviews, and QBRs
  • Build and maintain live Salesforce Analytics dashboards for pipeline, forecast accuracy, and rep/segment performance
  • Define and govern KPI frameworks for segment and regional performance
  • Prepare and present reports, dashboards, and sales performance insights
  • Analyze sales metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and improvement areas across the funnel

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree; MBA preferred
  • 5+ years of people leadership experience, managing 4+ direct reports
  • 10+ years in operations, sales, management consulting, finance, investment banking, or other analytical and strategic roles
  • Comfortable in a matrix environment, influencing without direct authority across multiple functional teams
  • Builder mentality; able to execute hands-on work, not only manage
  • Familiarity with core GTM tools including Salesforce, SalesLoft, Gong, CPQ platforms, Professional Services Automation (PSA), and Customer Success platforms
  • Strong project management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience with senior leadership
  • Deep interest in analyzing data and ability to drive sound decision-making
  • Comfort using and developing reports, metrics, and dashboards with Salesforce, Tableau, Power BI, or other relevant sales metric tools and programs
  • Ability to travel to or within Canada a few days per quarter
  • Strong analytical, process, operational thinking, flexibility, and stakeholder management skills
