About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the international design practice, starting with France
Build scalable patterns, frameworks, and standards for new markets
Understand legal professionals’ workflows and shape localized product experiences
Lead the end-to-end design process from strategic discovery and opportunity framing through development, launch, and iteration
Launch high-impact features and raise quality and coherence across the product ecosystem
Design intelligent AI automation that is trustworthy, explainable, and appropriately controlled
Partner with Product and Engineering to define and execute experience design strategy and success metrics
Use research and insights to prioritize customer and business needs
Engage directly with customers and advocate for their needs in cross-functional decisions
Lead product-area design from vision crafting through prototyping, testing, and polished execution
Improve design systems, identify gaps, and influence consistency across the product
Drive alignment through storytelling, decision framing, and proactive collaboration
Strengthen the team through constructive critique and mentoring

Requirements

What you’ll need

6+ years of experience designing digital products
B2B SaaS experience is required
Ability to design scalable experiences across multiple customer segments and/or products
Proven track record of shipping high-quality work that solves customer problems and moves key product metrics
Strong craft across interaction design, information architecture, usability, and visual design
Strong customer-centric practice
Experience designing AI-powered features or workflows
Strong understanding of user-centered applications of machine learning and generative AI
Highly capable in design and prototyping tools
Solid use of AI tools such as Figma Make, Claude, and Gemini
Strong communication and presentation skills
Fluency in Spanish, French, or another European language is a bonus
Experience scaling a localization design practice across multiple markets is a bonus
Experience being the sole regional design voice on a cross-functional team is a bonus
Hands-on experience with workflow localization, string review processes, and locale QA is a bonus
Familiarity with i18n design considerations is a bonus
