About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Deliver shared platform features for international markets, including jurisdiction, currency, and market configuration layers
Take platform features from requirements through production and adoption across markets
Set plans, sequence work across engineering teams, and maintain visibility into market capabilities and work in flight
Consolidate requirements from regional Product Managers across Europe, Asia Pacific, and North America
Present options, recommendations, and the cost of waiting when regional PMs cannot reach a decision
Improve international feature delivery velocity, product coverage/localization, and efficiency of new market launches while protecting quality
Define and run a cross-functional globalization operating model across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Customer Education, and Support
Coordinate product, help content, marketing, and support localization for synchronized market launches
Own translation vendor strategy and management
Set quality standards for vendor work and machine translation output
Lead platform design discussions with senior engineers on data models, cardinality, extensibility, and migrations
Partner with internationalization engineering on translation pipelines, locale formats, and testing
Influence central teams to prioritize international platform needs and articulate tradeoffs
Set a vision for Clio’s market support and deliver visible customer or market-team improvements within the first 90 days
Parallelize workstreams and communicate the cost of serialization
Use AI for research synthesis, requirements drafting, data querying, program tracking, and prototyping
Build lightweight AI-enabled working systems, agents, or scripts to eliminate repetitive work
Verify AI output, including machine translation and compliance-related output
Partner with leaders across Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, Customer Education, Support, Finance, Legal, and Operations
Manage stakeholder relationships across a matrixed organization

Requirements

What you’ll need

7 or more years of experience in product management
At least 3 years owning platform, infrastructure, or shared capabilities that other product teams build on
Experience delivering configuration or platform capability adopted in production by three or more markets or product teams
Experience running a cross-functional program spanning product and go-to-market teams
Experience managing outside vendors against a quality bar and a date
Technical depth sufficient to own data model and migration decisions with senior engineers, from an engineering background or equivalent hands-on experience
A platform capability shipped that cut the time or effort other teams spent, with before and after numbers
Evidence of delivering through teams that do not report to you
Demonstrated AI-native working style, with specific examples of AI use in product practice
Based in Toronto or the US Eastern time zone
Daily overlap with Europe and North America, plus one or two early or late calls weekly with Asia Pacific
Experience using data to inform decisions without analysis paralysis
Entrepreneurial mindset with comfort operating in ambiguity
Ability to work in a highly collaborative team without ego
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
