About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define and execute a product vision and roadmap for accounting integrations
- Own discovery and definition across the accounting integrations portfolio
- Determine what data moves between systems, in which direction, how often, and what a complete integration looks like
- Partner with Design, Engineering, and Data on metrics, feedback loops, and success criteria
- Build relationships with firm administrators, bookkeepers, accountants, and managing partners
- Champion compliance and business insight needs for legal practices
- Translate accounting concepts and regulatory requirements into clear product decisions
- Collaborate with Billing, Payments, Reporting, and Platform teams
- Partner with GTM, Customer Success, and Compliance stakeholders to drive adoption and reduce customer friction
- Communicate roadmap and trade-offs across technical and executive audiences
- Maintain and improve QuickBooks Online and Xero integrations, deliver new integrations, and set portfolio strategy
Requirements
What you’ll need- 6+ years of product management experience
- Meaningful experience in B2B SaaS, ideally in FinTech, accounting software, or business operations tools
- Working knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting fundamentals, including double-entry bookkeeping, reconciliation, trust accounting rules, and financial reporting
- Experience applying design thinking and business process analysis to complex workflows
- Exceptional communication skills across executive and technical audiences
- Proven ability to collaborate across multiple teams and functions
- Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to work beyond role boundaries
- Ability to demonstrate impact on meaningful business metrics
- Regular customer engagement and customer-informed decision-making
- Experience in legal tech or an adjacent regulated industry is a bonus
- Familiarity with trust accounting regulations or legal-specific compliance requirements is a bonus
- Background working with accounting integrations such as QuickBooks or Xero, or building FinTech data pipelines, is a bonus
- Experience launching AI-first features in a high-trust or compliance-sensitive context is a bonus
