About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead Clio Operate implementations for mid-sized and large law firms from kickoff through hand-off to support
Guide projects through requirements workshops, playbacks, sprints, user acceptance testing, and business change
Own project commercial success, including budgets, financial reporting, and profitability
Manage project plans and timelines, identify risks early, and solve complex problems
Manage resources across a portfolio of projects, including teams of 10 or more
Build relationships with client stakeholders and communicate proactively
Support clients through business change and platform adoption
Partner with internal teams on product features and client best practices
Drive continuous improvement within the Service Delivery engagement process

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven experience as a Project or Program Manager, delivering projects on time, on budget, and above client expectations, including project financial reporting
Experience managing projects with Agile methodologies and driving iterative delivery in a fast-moving environment
Strong change management skills
Understanding of SaaS architecture and modern software methodologies
Ability to work closely with technical teams
Excellent communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
Keen interest in improving your craft by using AI
