About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Partner with teams through the AI Centre of Excellence to understand recurring work and identify valuable AI opportunities
Define problems, desired outcomes, and practical paths to delivery
Design, prototype, and ship AI-enabled solutions such as internal agents, research or analysis workflows, and process automations
Apply systems thinking across processes, data, tools, and decision points
Translate visions into sequenced steps
Test solutions with users, verify outputs, document limitations and safeguards, and make work maintainable
Contribute to market and expansion assessments, product and business strategy, investment cases, and performance analysis
Help leaders prepare for planning, OKRs, business reviews, and Board or executive discussions
Turn evidence into clear insights, choices, and actions
Work directly with the C-suite on organization-wide business transformation

Requirements

What you’ll need

Evidence that you’ve built and delivered something others use, ideally an AI-enabled workflow, agent, automation, internal tool, or similar solution
Enough technical fluency to prototype and deliver directly, and collaborate effectively with technical partners when deeper engineering or integration is needed
Strong analytical and strategic judgment
Ability to structure ambiguous problems, work with business data, test assumptions, and make clear recommendations
Ability to work across functions and domains, earn trust with stakeholders, and adapt solutions based on how people work
Sound judgment about accuracy, confidential information, responsible AI use, and where human review remains necessary
Clear writing and communication skills
Background in strategy and operations, product, consulting, solutions delivery, or another role combining business judgment with hands-on building
MBA is a bonus, not required
Direct experience with an AI, SaaS, or Legal tech company is a bonus
Experience taking an internal solution from prototype through adoption and handoff is a bonus
