Key responsibilities & impact

Architect and build core systems
Drive key architectural decisions across the technology stack
Own feature development end-to-end
Integrate LLMs and ML models into real-world production workflows, including RAG pipelines, embeddings, prompt execution, agentic systems, and fine-tuned models
Design systems that scale as the company grows 10x
Balance near-term practical investments against future scalability needs

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years building and scaling production systems
Strong backend fundamentals including services, data models, and distributed systems
Experience with cloud infrastructure, containerization, and CI/CD
Familiarity with AWS or GCP
Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
Excellent communication skills
Depth in one or more of: Spark, Kafka, Flink, BigQuery, streaming pipelines, ETL at scale; high-volume scaling, fault tolerance, eventual consistency; LLMs in production, RAG, embeddings, fine-tuning, inference optimization; Python, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, high-concurrency systems
