Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Must reside within the U.S.
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum 10 years of FOIA experience
  • Demonstrated expertise in FOIA disclosure review and exemption analysis
  • Experience reviewing large volumes of electronic records
  • Relativity or eDiscovery experience (preferred)
  • FOIA litigation and appeals experience (preferred)
  • Privacy Act and HIPAA experience (preferred)
  • CMS or HHS experience (preferred)
