About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Begin the sales route with appointments; all leads and marketing materials are provided
- Build rapport with customers to understand their organizational needs

Requirements
What you’ll need- No degree, certification, or sales experience is needed
- Coachable candidate
- Growth mindset
- Willingness to complete 1-week paid sales training
- Reliable access to a motor vehicle
- Valid driver's license
- Auto insurance
- Available for a 1-week in-person training class in Orlando, November 16th–20th or December 14th–18th, 2026
- Ability to enter residential homes, provide closet design recommendations, and complete the sale
- Must understand that the position is commission only with opportunity to earn monthly bonuses
