About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Begin the sales route with appointments; all leads and marketing materials are provided
Build rapport with customers to understand their organizational needs
Walk through homes to assess opportunities
Educate customers on products and services
Follow sales training and use communication skills to help residential customers with home organizational needs
Provide closet design recommendations and complete sales
Sell custom home organizing systems, including closets, home office furniture, media systems, wall beds, and garage cabinetry

Requirements

What you’ll need

No degree, certification, or sales experience is needed
Coachable candidate
Growth mindset
Willingness to complete paid sales training
Reliable access to a motor vehicle
Valid driver's license
Auto insurance
Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening
Openness to a full-time commission position
Ability to enter residential homes, provide closet design recommendations, and complete sales
