About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Attend pre-set appointments with new and repeat residential clients
Begin the sales route with appointments using provided leads and marketing materials
Build rapport with customers to understand their organizational needs
Walk through homes to assess organizational opportunities
Educate customers on products and services
Provide closet design recommendations
Follow sales training and use communication skills to help customers with home organizational needs
Complete the sale
Work with a Sales Manager under an open-door policy
Support customers with custom home organizing systems, including closets, home offices, media systems, wall beds, and garage cabinetry

Requirements

What you’ll need

No degree, certification, or sales experience is needed
Coachable candidate
Growth mindset with willingness to complete 16-week paid sales training
Reliable access to a motor vehicle
Valid driver's license
Auto insurance
Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening
Ability to enter residential homes, provide closet design recommendations, and complete sales
Willingness to consider a commission-only opportunity
