About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Begin the sales route with pre-set appointments; all leads and marketing materials are provided
- Build rapport with customers to understand their organizational needs
- Walk through customers' homes to assess opportunities
- Educate customers on products and services
- Follow sales training and use communication skills to help residential customers with home organizational needs
- Provide custom closet design recommendations and complete sales
Requirements
What you’ll need- No degree, certification, or sales experience is needed
- Coachable candidates
- Growth mindset
- Reliable access to a motor vehicle
- Valid driver's license
- Auto insurance
- Available for in-person training the full week of November 16–20, 2026
- Able to enter residential homes, provide closet design recommendations, and complete sales
- Commission-only compensation structure with opportunity to earn monthly bonuses
