About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Attend pre-set appointments with new and repeat residential clients
  • Begin the sales route with appointments; all leads and marketing materials are provided
  • Build rapport with customers to understand their organizational needs
  • Walk through customers' homes to assess opportunities
  • Educate customers on products and services
  • Follow sales training and use communication skills to help customers with home organizational needs

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • No degree, certification, or design experience is needed
  • Coachable candidate
  • Growth mindset
  • Reliable access to a motor vehicle
  • Valid driver's license
  • Auto insurance
  • Available for in-person training the full week of November 16th–20th, 2026
  • Ability to enter residential homes, provide closet design recommendations, and complete the sale
