Key responsibilities & impact

Achieve operational targets with major impact on departmental results
Contribute to departmental goals and planning efforts, including budgets and operational plans
Manage large projects or processes spanning beyond the immediate job area
Work with limited oversight
Improve processes, systems, or products to enhance performance
Gather, analyze, and investigate detailed information to solve complex, undefined problems
Address problems impacting multiple departments or specialties
Communicate with internal and external parties, including customers and vendors
Influence policies, procedures, and practices at an operational level
Provide guidance, coaching, and training to employees within the job area
Manage major or complex projects, including delegating work and reviewing work products

What you’ll need

At least 15 years of technical experience in the Banking and Financial Services Industry
At least 10 years of relevant professional experience working in Singapore
Must reside in Singapore and be available to work in Singapore
Ability to work with Global System Integrators and strategic partners
Recognized subject matter expert
Ability to manage large projects or processes
Coaches, reviews, and delegates work to lower-level employees
Proven track record of meeting operational targets with major impact on department results
Deep knowledge of job area, typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience
Broad knowledge of project management
University Degree or equivalent experience, with a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience
