Deliver features independently within the team from design through production
Evaluate multiple potential solutions and implement the best one while considering wider team goals
Provide actionable feedback in code reviews and pair regularly with teammates
Use AI-assisted development tools to accelerate delivery and share useful patterns and prompts
Investigate and fix bugs
Take operational responsibility and keep stakeholders informed
Build features and products end-to-end in a self-organised SCRUM team
Own and review shipped software

Requirements

What you’ll need

2+ years (or equivalent) of software development experience
1+ years with React
1+ years with NodeJS
Solid modern JavaScript/TypeScript
Familiarity with RESTful APIs, single-page applications and microservice architecture
Experience with or strong interest in AWS, CI/CD and test-driven development
Proactive, collaborative approach and clear written and verbal communication
Ability to demonstrate required skills through alternative experience or methods
Experience with TypeScript, NodeJS and React
Experience with microservices on AWS, including Fargate, Lambda, API Gateway and SQS
Experience with TDD and full CI/CD
Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools including GitHub Copilot, Claude Code and Cursor
