About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own a coherent view of major employee-impacting initiatives, including priorities, owners, dependencies, timing, risks, and change readiness
- Design, build, and apply AI to improve decision-making and operational efficiency with confidentiality, governance, and human oversight
- Establish governance for intake, prioritization, status reporting, decisions, and escalation
- Partner with technology, infrastructure, and architecture leaders to assess employee impacts and sequence work
- Lead change plans covering stakeholder alignment, employee communications, training, retraining, launch readiness, adoption, and reinforcement
- Translate complex technical, operational, and policy changes into clear messages and actions
- Identify resistance, ownership gaps, and adoption barriers; coordinate resolution and accountability
- Coordinate with Internal Communications and People Operations on information and related organizational processes
- Build cross-functional trust, navigate ambiguity and competing viewpoints, and provide executives with progress, tradeoffs, and required decisions
- Potentially lead portfolio operations or initiative delivery staff as the work grows
Requirements
What you’ll need- 7+ years of experience leading enterprise portfolio management, cross-functional program delivery, technology change management, or internal operations work with meaningful employee impact
- Experienced Operator, comfortable influencing without direct authority, navigating personalities, and holding stakeholders accountable
- Experience operating in a public company or regulated environment
- Understanding of how people absorb information, respond to change, and build new habits
- Ability to create effective communication and adoption plans
- Clear communication with employees and executives
- Sound judgment, discernment, and stakeholder influence without direct authority
- Ability to connect strategy to hands-on execution, manage ambiguity and strong personalities, and complete complex work
- Systems view and business acumen across technology, finance, operations, employees, and culture
- Experience with technology, infrastructure, architecture, or enterprise systems change preferred
