  • Monitor adoption, engagement, provider satisfaction, clinical opportunities, retention risks, and expansion potential
  • Anticipate barriers and intervene early to protect partner value and account health
  • Lead business and performance reviews that translate data into priorities, decisions, and commitments
  • Build trusted relationships with physicians, advanced practice clinicians, practice administrators, and executive stakeholders
  • Advise on incorporating Counterpart Assistant into clinical decision-making and value-based care operations
  • Tailor recommendations to organizational workflows, patient populations, staffing models, technology environments, and performance goals
  • Lead sensitive conversations involving performance gaps, resistance to change, competing priorities, and partnership risk
  • Diagnose workflow challenges and design solutions embedding Counterpart Assistant into daily clinical operations
  • Guide practices through implementation, change management, training, workflow redesign, and ongoing optimization
  • Establish adoption plans with milestones, ownership, success measures, and escalation paths
  • Analyze utilization, operational, clinical, and financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
  • Deliver actionable scorecards and recommendations to improve value-based care outcomes
  • Lead interventions for underperforming practices and evaluate impact
  • Develop scalable provider-success playbooks, tools, and engagement models
  • Lead cross-portfolio initiatives improving implementation quality, adoption, retention, or provider experience
  • Recommend product, operating-model, and go-to-market improvements using market insights and provider feedback
  • Represent Provider Success in strategic cross-functional initiatives and planning discussions
  • Collaborate with Growth, Implementation, Clinical, Product, Analytics, and Operations teams
  • Support provider recruitment and expansion opportunities as a product, workflow, and value-based care expert
  • Translate provider feedback into insights informing product priorities and operational decisions
  • Lead complex escalations by aligning teams around root causes, owners, and action plans
  • Mentor Provider Success colleagues and contribute to team standards, tools, and capabilities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Candidates must currently reside in New Jersey
  • 7–10+ years of experience in provider success, healthcare account management, clinical operations, practice transformation, value-based care consulting, or a related field
  • Experience managing complex or high-value provider relationships with demonstrated success improving adoption, retention, satisfaction, and performance
  • Experience advising physicians, practice administrators, and healthcare leaders
  • Experience leading significant changes to clinical or operational workflows in primary care or ambulatory care settings
  • Ability to translate complex clinical, operational, and financial data into clear recommendations, performance plans, and executive-level narratives
  • Understanding of primary care organizations and the competing demands on clinicians and practice staff
  • Ability to lead through influence, resolve ambiguity, and coordinate stakeholders without direct authority
  • Strong program and project leadership skills; ability to manage multiple high-priority initiatives while maintaining accountability for outcomes
  • Effective communication in provider meetings, performance reviews, product demonstrations, and challenging escalation conversations
  • Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time to build relationships and support provider practices
  • Preferred: Deep knowledge of value-based care, Medicare Advantage, population health, or quality-improvement models
  • Preferred: Experience implementing healthcare technology within primary care environments
  • Preferred: Familiarity with electronic health records, interoperability, medical billing, reimbursement, and risk-based payment arrangements
  • Preferred: Knowledge of annual wellness visits, risk adjustment and coding accuracy, Stars, HEDIS, and other quality-performance frameworks
  • Preferred: Experience designing provider-success playbooks, segmentation models, engagement programs, or performance-management processes
  • Preferred: Experience mentoring colleagues or serving as a subject-matter expert within a provider-facing organization
