About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Participate in a 3.5-year Supply Chain Leadership Development Program
- Complete three 1-year rotations and one 6-month rotation across supply chain functions
- Take on direct responsibilities in roles such as Material Planner, Production Scheduler, Analyst, and Associate Category Manager
- Work side by side with current Supply Chain teams
- Lead Continuous Improvement projects
- Participate in business updates, presentations, and networking with C-level leadership
- Rotate among geographical locations based on business need
- Transition into an open role aligned with the associate’s strengths, interests, and business needs upon successful program completion
Requirements
What you’ll need- BS degree in Business, Supply Chain, or equivalent concentration required
- Experience gained through Supply Chain internships or other related work involvement required
- Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) required
- Excellent analytical, problem solving, presentation and communication skills required
- Basic understanding of Six Sigma (Supply Chain) preferred
- Experience with data reporting tools (PowerBI or Tableau) preferred
- Presence on-site is required to participate in the LDP program
- Willingness to relocate as assignments and locations change
