About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage and oversee key personnel administration processes, including payroll, vacation, onboarding, offboarding, benefits, time tracking, and leaves of absence
  • Support compliance with labor legislation and ensure processes and information are well organized

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years of experience in HR, with experience across different areas
  • Experience in personnel administration and knowledge of labor legislation
  • Knowledge of other HR functions, such as Recruitment & Selection, Engagement & Culture, Learning & Development, and Performance Management
  • Strong analytical skills and ease working with data, metrics, and People Analytics
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail
  • Curious, proactive, and eager to learn
