About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own and grow Clue’s organic social presence across TikTok, Instagram and emerging platforms
Develop the day-to-day organic social strategy focused on discovery, engagement and audience growth
Develop distinctive social-first content and recurring formats about Clue’s brand, mission and women’s health expertise
Monitor platform trends, audience behaviours, creators and cultural conversations
Use performance data and audience insight to test, learn and scale effective content
Collaborate with Brand, Creative and PR to integrate social into campaigns and content planning
Integrate social into always-on organic marketing using Brand, Science and Product content
Act as the social expert in company forums, reporting progress and sharing platform insights
Brief, develop and sign off creator and UGC content with UA, agencies and creators
Create briefs balancing Clue’s objectives and brand standards with authentic, platform-native creative freedom
Feed creator, format and narrative learnings into wider social strategy
Own the social content calendar and maintain a consistent pipeline of relevant, high-quality content
Improve reach, engagement, audience growth, content performance and creator/UGC effectiveness

Requirements

What you’ll need

3–5+ years of social media experience, ideally within a consumer brand or culturally relevant business
Deep, hands-on expertise across TikTok and Instagram
Strong understanding of platform and audience behaviour
Strong creative instincts and ability to turn brand objectives, audience insight and cultural moments into compelling social ideas
Proven experience working with creators and UGC, including briefing, reviewing and signing off content
Creator and influencer experience is a plus
Social-native mindset and strong understanding of what makes people stop, watch, share and engage
Genuine interest in women’s health, health technology or issues shaping the future of women’s health
Comfortable using data and insight to test, learn and optimise
Curiosity to continually experiment
